You can read the newsletter that comes in. Or if I need to I can check my next appt., or just browse through my pictures and see how far my progress has gone. Or even your balance, etc… I believe it helps out a lot, especially for Miranda, because these are things you can find out yourself by just login in. So there is no need to tie up the phone."

"Well… after having a VERY nervous little boy upon our first visit… Wyatt now gets excited about going to see Dr. Abrams, and all his friendly staff… That is a BIG deal to me… Every staff member is just a pleasure… We are still early in, but from our initial consult until now, things have always been explained in full detail… you are all very thorough… The office is VERY clean and well maintained… You were quick to bill my insurance and VERY accommodating in creating a payment schedule w/us for the rest… I have given your name/office# to several other moms who are considering ortho care for a child… because so far I couldn't ask for better… Thanks for everything!" :0) ~ Sherri Byrd… and Wyatt too! :0)
